Custom made products are not subject to cancellation or returns following. All of Victor’s Home & Upholstery products are considered to be custom made. Please contact us with any questions.
All delivery dates are estimated and subject to arrival of customers selected fabrics, size of project and an ever-changing work load. We aim to provide an accurate estimate and will update you of any changes.
Due to the difficulties, changes may not be made to orders in production. Please reach out with any inquiries, though change order costs are to be covered by customers unless otherwise noted.
A fifty percent deposit is due to activate orders with the balance due upon completion. All completed orders must be paid in-full at time of pickup or prior to all deliveries.
