CANCELLATION POLICY

Custom made products are not subject to cancellation or returns following 72 hours after the purchase date. All of Victor’s Deluxe Upholstery LLC products are considered to be custom made.

PAYMENT TERMS

Standard orders, a fifty percent deposit payment is due to activate all orders and balance due upon completion. All completed orders must be paid in-full at time of pickup and prior to all deliveries.
